Now Hiring: Punch Press Operator

Location: Corona, CA

Pay: $20.00 Per hour

Shift: 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (with additional overtime as required)

Are you an experienced Punch Press Operator looking to join a dynamic manufacturing team in Corona, CA? We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable professional to contribute to our production operations.

Position Overview:

As a Punch Press Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining punch presses to produce high-quality components in a fast-paced environment. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety will ensure efficient operations and top-quality output.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble, install, and align dies in the press according to specifications.

Position workpieces against fixtures or stops on the machine bed or die to ensure precise alignment.

Operate the punch press, monitoring for misalignment or malfunctions during production.

Inspect finished workpieces to ensure they meet quality and dimensional standards.

Perform routine cleaning and lubrication of machinery to maintain optimal performance.

Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Assist with troubleshooting and minor repairs as needed.

Support team efforts and perform other duties as assigned to meet production goals.

Qualifications:

Prior experience operating punch presses or similar manufacturing equipment preferred.

Strong attention to detail and quality standards.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
