MUST HAVE IT STAFF AUGMENTATION BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXPERIENCE.
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Business Development Expert with substantial experience in selling IT staff augmentation services. If you have experience selling under the State of Texas DIR ITSAC contract, that is a huge plus. The ideal candidate will have proven sales success, established relationships with commercial and state clients who hire contract, contract-to-hire and direct/full-time IT professionals.
You must be a self-motivated, disciplined and driven to achieving and exceeding business objectives. This is a full-time remote position offering competitive commissions. Must have proven experience in cultivating relationships with potential clients, ideally have a book of business that you can access to hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Retention:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients who hire IT contractors.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with state agency clients who utilize the DIR ITSAC contract.
Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in IT staff augmentation services.
IT Staff Augmentation experience.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Leverage existing contacts and establish new relationships within the State of Texas and throughout the U.S.
Contract Expertise:
Navigate and leverage existing contracts to position the company as a preferred IT staffing partner.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of staffing solutions.
Provide regular updates on sales pipeline, client feedback, and market trends to leadership.
Requirements:
Experience & Expertise:
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience selling IT staff augmentation services.
Established and proven relationships with clients who hire IT resources.
Skills & Attributes:
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Self-starter who requires minimal supervision.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding targets.
Work Ethic:
Must be willing to work 40 hours per week.
Dependable, trustworthy, and dedicated to achieving company goals.
