Construction Site Foreman
Growth oriented, well established, company has an opportunity for a Construction Site Foreman. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of at least three (3) years’ experience in general Construction supervision. Bilingual preferred Spanish/English, leading and directing crews with optimum productivity in concrete site work, budgets, scheduling timelines, safety, and quality. We are a construction company focused on Agricultural buildings and structures.
Responsibilities/Job Duties:
• Responsible for the successful completion of projects on time and within budget.
• Leading and managing the on-site installation team.
• Train new and existing team members.
• Coordinating suppliers and overseeing all work on site.
• Ensuring quality standards are met.
• Responsible for tracking equipment, materials, and projects.
• Monitoring and ensuring on-site safety compliance, cleanliness, and orderliness.
• Maintaining records for payroll reports and change orders.
• Working / communicating with inspection authorities regarding approvals.
Qualifications:
• Three years’ experience in a supervisory role on a Construction site.
• Experienced in operating excavators and skid steers and pouring concrete pads.
• Minimum high school diploma, GED, or equivalent education.
• Must be able to read and interpret site and build drawings.
• Must be an exceptional multi-task capable person.
• A well-rounded understanding of all construction trades from the excavation to the roof.
• Spanish/English verbal and writing skills a plus.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Ability to delegate effectively.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Detail oriented, reliable, and punctual.
• A Commercial Driver License is required.
