Mechanical Engineer

Job Description

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering discipline or equivalent

Background in circuit card electrical component selection and engineering skills

Understanding of Engineering release process, Part/Component reliability and design concerns in Circuit Card applications

Experience with parts/components obsolescence reporting and tracking

Broad based Mechanical / Electrical Hardware engineering background

Knowledge of defense and aerospace regulations, standards

Component engineering

Track and Manage approved RoHS components to new internal part numbers.

Management of Bills of material (BOM) from lead to lead-free components.

Perform research and material analysis on the current global compliance directives including REACH, RoHS, Company Description
