**Job Title:** Construction Superintendent

**Location:** Haskell, TX

**Salary Range:** $130,000 - $140,000 per year

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Construction Superintendent to oversee on-site operations for our construction projects in Haskell, TX. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing similar projects, with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and timely completion. This role requires a hands-on leader who can effectively manage subcontractors, maintain project schedules, and ensure all work is performed to the highest standards.

**Responsibilities:**

* Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities from project start to finish.

* Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

* Coordinate and supervise all subcontractors and suppliers.

* Implement and enforce strict safety protocols and procedures on the job site.

* Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues.

* Maintain accurate project records, including daily logs, progress reports, and documentation.

* Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, architects, and engineers.

* Proactively identify and resolve construction-related problems.

* Manage project schedules and ensure adherence to timelines.

* Ensure compliance with all building codes, regulations, and project specifications.

* Conduct and participate in project meetings.

* Maintain a clean and organized job site.

**Qualifications:**

* Solid field management experience is required.

* Proven experience overseeing on-site operations for similar construction projects.

* Demonstrated experience in educational and mission-critical construction is highly desirable.

* Strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and best practices.

* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to effectively manage and motivate a team of subcontractors and workers.

* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

* Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications.

* Knowledge of construction safety regulations and procedures.

* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

* Proficiency in construction management software is a plus.
