Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support our project management team. The ideal candidate will assist with the planning, documentation, communication, and coordination efforts required to keep construction projects running smoothly from start to finish.Key Responsibilities:Assist project managers with project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and change ordersCoordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure timely communicationMaintain and update project schedules, logs, and tracking systemsSupport procurement of materials and equipmentOrganize and maintain project files, plans, and contractsPrepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and status updatesEnsure compliance with project management processes and safety standards
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in construction administration or project coordination
Understanding of commercial construction practices and terminology
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and project management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, or similar)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and a team-first attitude
Preferred:
Construction Management or related degree a plus
Experience working with general contractors
Familiarity with public and private sector project requirements
