About the Opportunity
We’re recruiting on behalf of Innvite Hospitality, a locally rooted and rapidly expanding hospitality group managing trusted hotel brands throughout Ohio. They’re looking for a hands-on, high-energy Hotel Operations Leader to step in, take ownership, and drive day-to-day excellence across their Columbus-based property, with some support to other locations as needed.

What You’ll Do
Day-to-Day Operations & Team Leadership
Lead and support staff across front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance departments
Foster a positive, accountable work culture through daily coaching and support
Roll up your sleeves and pitch in wherever needed—no task too big or small
Guest Services & Experience
Respond to escalated guest concerns and ensure high satisfaction
Monitor reviews and guest feedback to identify service improvements
Maintain a calm, professional presence under pressure
Business Development & Collaboration
Assist in building group bookings, block rates, and local corporate relationships
Collaborate with upper management on sales opportunities and operational performance
Manage costs, track payroll, and contribute to budgeting and resource planning
Who You Are
4+ years of hospitality leadership experience (Front Desk Manager, Assistant GM, Head Housekeeper, etc.)
Experience with major hotel brands like Hampton Inn, Holiday Inn Express, Hilton, Marriott, or IHG
Strong guest relations and sales instincts—able to close block bookings and maintain partnerships
Highly flexible, proactive, and dependable across multiple departments
Comfortable using systems like Opera, PEP, Sophie, or similar PMS/POS tools
Excellent communicator with a hands-on leadership style
