Coverage Need

- Assignment dates: July 1, 2025 - Ongoing

- Schedule: 3 shifts per week minimum (8 - 12 hour shifts based on surgical schedule)

- Ongoing availability required (6 months preferred)

- No call responsibilities

- Holidays off: New Years Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas

- Facility may require work at satellite location (15 minutes away)

- OT applies after 40 hours/week
