POS QA Analyst

Title: QA Analyst POS Testing Aloha POS Experience Required Location: Need Local (Dublin, OH) Type: C2C or W2 Both option available Job Description: We are seeking an experienced QA Analyst to test restaurant POS applications, including domestic and international portfolios.

The role requires strong manual testing skills, POS systems knowledge, and experience with digital integrations.

Must-Have Skills: 5 years of Software QA experience Hands-on experience with Aloha POS Solution (Mandatory) QSR environment testing experience (Big plus) API, Database, Windows, and Web application testing Strong skills in RCA (Root Cause Analysis) Writing test cases using BDD Gherkin format Experience with Jira, Confluence (SmartBear tools nice to have)
