The State Teachers Retirement System of Ohio (STRS Ohio) is seeking a Business Systems Analyst 2, Enterprise Solutions to join the Executive/Information Technology Services/Enterprise Solutions team.

Compensation:
$96,411 - $115,693
Work Schedule:
8:00am-5:00pm Monday through Friday (Onsite)
General Summary:
Under the direction of the relationship manager, Finance, provide business support to teams and users through research and development of technology solutions that enable the user community to manage their business more effectively.
Summary of Responsibilities:
Work directly with the user community to develop system enhancements and resolve production problems. Confer with users to determine functional requirements and enhancements. Present designs for user management and staff.
Support cloud based financial and human capital management software.
Work with team members and user community to establish priorities on projects.
Document specifications, requirements, user manuals, procedures and other relevant information.

Summary of Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in information systems or a related discipline required. A combination of relevant college-level coursework and eight or more years of relevant programming experience may substitute for the degree.
Five to ten years’ experience of relevant IT-related experience required.
Direct experience supporting Workday Financial and Human Capital Management (HCM) modules required. Experience supporting one or more moderately complex business processes.
Ability to collaborate extremely well with cross-functional teams and business partners.
Ability to work with and preserve confidential information required.
Excellent organizational skills and a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail required.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment while meeting deadlines with minimal direct supervision required.
