WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to navigate a multi-line switchboard and company provided laptop
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Answer incoming calls from patients and referral sources
Accurately enter new patient information into company computer system
Obtain written order from physician, verify insurance and generate orders
Ensure the customer and referral sources are kept up to date on order status
SCHEDULE & LOCATION:
Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Must work three days per week in the Center Line, MI headquarters
