We are seeking to hire a Sales and Marketing Manager for our Independent and Assisted Living Community.

Full-Time.

$75K annual Base Pay + Commission on new move-ins + Quarterly Retention Bonus.

Sales and Marketing Manager Introduction:

This role works to increase awareness of Lourdes-Noreen McKeen through various marketing strategies to increase admissions to its Independent and Assisted Living community, with the goal of maintaining budgeted levels of occupancy; Manages leads and sales through the prospect tracking system; Responds to inquiries and walk ins; maintains referral networking by actively building relationships with prospects and residents.

Sales and Marketing Manager Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.

At least 3 years of Senior Living related sales experience.

Sales and Marketing Manager Job Summary:

Receive walk-in/call-in visitors and use CRM software systems to identify and contact leads, create customer lists, track results and maintain reports.

Meet or exceed quotas for sales, deposits, marketing calls and appointments both on and off campus.

Maintain regular contact with all interested prospects and/or family members.

Explain the benefits of residing and receiving care at the Community.

Ensure proper completion, signing, and distribution of admission paperwork

Responsible for assisting with the development, coordination and scheduling of advertising and promotional materials.

Schedule and assist residents with move-ins.

Communicate and coordinate all marketing and move-in information with all appropriate departments.

Responsible for maintenance and frequent updates to LNMR Facebook and other social media accounts.

Responsible for printing weekly/monthly reports from CRM and to meet with Director to review and make recommendations for sales and marketing opportunities.
