The Opportunity

Our community-based FQHC in Northern California is expanding and actively seeking multiple Advanced Practice Providers (NPs or PAs) to join our dedicated outpatient care team. This is a great opportunity for mission-driven providers who want to make a meaningful impact in an underserved area.

Practice Overview

100% outpatient primary care

Team includes 4 physicians and 5 APPs

Patient volume: 18–20 per day

No call responsibilities

Target start date: As soon as available

Schedule

Full-time preferred (40 hours/week), typically 4 days/week

Will consider part-time (minimum 30 hours/week)

Compensation and Incentives

Physician base salary: $141,000–$149,000

Recruitment bonus (APPs): Up to $50,000, paid over 5 years

Relocation assistance: Up to $10,000

NHSC Loan Repayment Program:

Up to $75,000 for a full-time, two-year service commitment

Up to $37,500 for a part-time, two-year service commitment

Site is NHSC-approved for eligible APPs and physicians
