Were hiring an Insurance Customer Service Representative who thrives in a people-first environment. Youll be the primary point of contact for new and existing clients, providing expert support and helping them navigate a range of services, from policy updates to claims assistance. With hands-on mentorship, no micromanaging, and a strong path for growth, this is more than a job; its a career in the making.
Starting salary is $45,000 a year
Bonuses and commissions will bring first-year earnings to $60,000 or more.

Responsibilities
Answer phones and handle customer service inquiries with professionalism and care
Process policy changes, payments, and billing questions
Assist with claims, from initial filing to issue resolution
Quote home, auto, umbrella, life, and commercial insurance for new and existing clients
Communicate with underwriting and policy services to resolve account issues
Requirements
Candidate will need to obtain Property & Casualty and Life licenses before starting employment
Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly phone and in-person presence
Ability to process and explain policy information clearly and confidently
Experience working with computer systems; knowledge of AmFam tools is a plus
Sales-minded with a proactive, goal-driven attitude
