Sterile Processing Educator Team Leader

Overview Qualifications Minimum Qualifcations 5 of the most recent 7 years' experience as a Sterile Processing Technician with at least two years in a leadership capacity Licensure, Registration, Certification One of the following: * CRCST (Certified Registered Central Service Technician), * HSPA, * CSPDT (Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician And One of the following: * CHL (Certified Healthcare Leader), * HSPA * CSPM (Certified Sterile Processing Manager) CBSPD Desired Qualifications One of the following: * Bachelor's degree Any combination of additional, relevant sterile processing specific experience, education, or certification Licensure, Registration, Certification Additional HSPA or CBSPD certifications-Instrument Specialist (CIS or CSIS), Endoscope (CER or CFER), etc.

Responsibilities Provides supervisory support to the Sterile Processing Manager and maintains responsibility for the training and development of new and existing Sterile Processing staff.
