As a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) on our night shift, you will:

Administer medications with precision and care during overnight hours

Monitor residents’ well-being and respond to their needs with compassion

Maintain accurate medication records and ensure compliance

Communicate clearly with families and healthcare teams as needed

Support residents with empathy, kindness, and professionalism—making their nights safe and comfortableWhat We Offer:

Requirements

Active Certified Medication Aide (CMA) license in good standing

High school diploma or equivalent

At least 1 year of CMA experience, ideally in a healthcare setting

Expertise in safe, accurate medication administration

Sharp attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Genuine compassion and a caring, patient-focused approach

Proficiency with electronic health record systems
