Job Summary:

Travel LPNs will provide direct patient care on Med-Surg/Telemetry units during 12-hour night shifts. The role requires a minimum of 1-2 years of recent acute care hospital experience. Candidates must be able to independently manage their own assignment. Floating to other Med-Surg/Telemetry units is expected, and support may be required in ICU or ER settings for Med-Surg level care.

Job Duties:

• Deliver patient-centered nursing care under RN supervision

• Administer medications and treatments as per care plan

• Accurately document patient information and updates

• Monitor vital signs and patient responses

• Communicate effectively with the healthcare team

• Support care in other units if floated

Job Requirements:

• Active LPN license in New York

• AHA BLS Certification (Required)

• Minimum 1-2 years of recent acute care hospital experience
