Manager II, Sterile Processing

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Manager II, Sterile Processing to join our team and lead our facility's production and quality efforts.

As a Manager II, Sterile Processing, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our Customers' expectations are met, overseeing management, production, and quality within our facility. Your leadership will drive excellence and innovation in sterile processing.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and Inspire: Manage and implement Sterile Processing Department processes in a STERIS facility, fostering a culture of excellence.

Innovate and Improve: Develop and enforce policies, procedures, and new services to enhance client service.

Build and Develop Teams: Hire, train, and manage personnel, nurturing their growth and success while building their knowledge of instrumentation and sterilization procedures.

Ensure Compliance: Adhere to safety and health policies, maintaining the highest standards, including JCAHO, AAMI, OSHA, CDC, and AORN.

Report and Track: Submit productivity and statistical reports, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Experience, Skills, and Abilities Needed:

Education: High School diploma/GED.

Experience: 8+ years in Sterile Processing, with 4+ years in a leadership role, preferably as a Sterile Processing Manager.

Certification: Active certification in sterile processing/central sterile via CBSPD or HSPA required (or within 12 months of hire).

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
