A Day in Your Life at MKS:
Management of import and export.
Coordinate with forwarder/broker/3PL warehouse for ESB/PSD service parts in and out of Vietnam.
Manage Customs clearance process of ESB/PSD service parts or equipment imported to or exported out from ESI Vietnam, make sure compliant with Vietnam Customs and other government authorities. This includes requirements for temporary export or import.
Work with 3rd party Customs broker and MKS internal stakeholders to classify correct Vietnam Customs HS code of service parts or equipment to be imported.
Obtain necessary permits/licenses for import and export.
Local delivery to ESB/PSD’s customer in Vietnam.
Work with ESB/PSD service team (Planner, CSR, FSE…) and 3PL warehouse, carrier or express service provider to deliver service parts from 3PL warehouse to end customers on time.
Work with ESB/PSD service team (Planner, CSR, FSE…) on return of defective parts from end customer to 3PL warehouse.
3PL warehouse management.
Supervise Inbound, storage and outbound of ESB/PSD service parts at bonded and non-bonded warehouse.
Supervise inventory cycle count and annual stock-taking at 3PL warehouse, investigate any stock variances.
Supervise Customs brokage activities at 3PL bonded warehouse on behalf of ESI Inc.
Verification of billing from logistics vendor.
To manage the service level agreement with the 3PL and ensure all KPIs are met.
To ensure 3PL charges are in accordance with the agreement.
Skills You Bring:
Fluent in both English and Vietnamese language.
Solid experience in import and export, warehousing, receiving and shipping background, preferred in high-tech electronical or mechanical industry.
Knowledge in Vietnam Customs Compliance will be a plus.
Knowledge of SAP will be a plus.
