SR UX/UI Developer

Compensation: $85,000 – $120,000

Location: Charlotte, NC

Position: Senior UX/UI Developer

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Senior UX/UI Developer to join their team! This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced designer who is passionate about crafting intuitive user experiences and collaborating across departments to bring design concepts to life. The company is looking for someone who can take initiative, contribute fresh ideas, and help elevate the overall design function.

Responsibilities

Assist in design, development, and maintenance of scalable web applications across the full technology stack

Work closely with developers to implement design concepts and ensure functionality

Participate in team meetings and feedback sessions to continually enhance your skills

Required Qualifications & Experience

Proven experience as a full stack developer

Strong experience with PHP, MySQL, or other related programming systems

Solid understanding of secure coding practices and performance optimization

Ability to take feedback constructively and work within a collaborative environment

Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of accountability

Nice To Have Skills & Experience

Experience with functional programming or database-driven environments
