Electrical Engineer/Hardware Engineer

Collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to R&D, manufacturing, and customer.

Lead HW engineers to solve the engineering issue timely.

Analyze the failures and collaborate with R&D to find out the root cause.

Manage and guide the transition of products into production.

Analyze test data and help improve manufacturing process.

Review and guide the troubleshooting/repair direction.

Education and Experience (Relevant or Preferred): BS, MS degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, with a minimum 5 years of professional experience.

Knowledge of/ Experience in/ Proficiency in server/storage /PC hardware architecture.

Demonstrated analytical problem-solving skills and communication skills.

Experience working in manufacturing and/or product development role.

Ability to use scope to debug.

Experience in designing circuit boards is desirable.
