Auto Glass Technician Trainee

Job Description

We are a small but rapidly growing local, family owned and operated Latino FULL-SERVICE auto glass company! Over 25+ years of experience. We are looking for the right candidate to fill our open auto glass technician position. NO EXPERIANCE NECESSARY. The ideal candidate is open to learning and growing with us, we are willing to train the right person!

Repair, Replace, Calibrate!

ALL auto glass, including side door glass WITHOUT further damaging the vehicle.

Operate power tools.

Work quickly and efficiently while providing quality.

Mechanically inclined.

ALL related and needed tools utilized are company issued.

Works directly with vendors/customers; proper communication skills are a must.

Successfully determine whether glass can be repaired or replaced.

Able to Bend, crouch and lift heavy items for a long duration with ease.

Able to stand for most of the duration of the working hours.

Must have an active driver's license, and a clean driving record.

Safely operate company vehicle.

Required to use personal mobile phone.

Safely and efficiently calibrate all make and models

Willing to learn custom fit pieces

Experience not necessary. We encourage motivated and eager to learn individuals to apply!

Hours of operation: Monday-Friday 8am- 5pm (in a wide variety of weather conditions- you will be outside most of the time)

With a flexibility on start and also end times to accommodate customer's needs is required.
