Job Description

We are seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable dining experience. CLOSED 8 MAJOR HOLIDAYS with pay!

Responsibilities:

Responsible for restaurant operations

Source and recruit talent

Plans and lead shift meetings for team

Train and manage kitchen personnel

Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs

Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations

Qualifications:

Must have high volume experience of $2.5-$3 million or more

Strong leadership qualities

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Ability to direct and "grow a team"

Must have FOH and BOH Scratch kitchen experience- full service huge plus Company Description
