Laundry Operations Supervisor (Full-Time, W2)

Schedule: 5–6 days/week, 8–10 hour shifts

Overview

We are hiring a Laundry Operations Supervisor to lead a fast-paced, high-volume commercial laundry facility in Pittsburgh. This is a full-time W2 position for someone who thrives in a structured, physically active environment and enjoys leading others to achieve high standards of quality and efficiency.

You’ll be joining a team with deep local roots and a strong reputation—a true powerhouse in Pittsburgh’s laundry and linen services industry.

Who You Are

You’ve worked in structured, high-output settings (e.g., commercial laundry, manufacturing, or military)

Calm, dependable, and organized—even when things get busy

A strong communicator and hands-on leader

Previous supervisory or team lead experience is a strong plus

What You’ll Do

Supervise all laundry operations: sorting, washing, drying, folding, and pressing

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace

Lead, train, and support a small team of laundry attendants

Coordinate daily flow and ensure on-time completion of orders

Resolve issues quickly with a no-excuses mindset

Work Environment

Hot and active environment with industrial machines

Physical role: standing, lifting, and moving throughout the shift
