Controller CFO

Job Description

The position would be responsible to oversee all accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, job cost accounting, payroll and cash flow management.

Job Duties:

· Insure compliance with Federal and State regulations

· Monthly and Quarterly Reporting

· Supervise and cross train with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll personnel

· Prepare Monthly accounting reconciliations

· Monitor and maintain the system of internal controls

· Maintain a positive working relationship with auditors, independent CPA’s, banks and insurance companies

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting

Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines

Candidate must be detail oriented and highly organized with excellent follow through skills

Sage 300 experience is a bonus but not required
