Responsibilities

Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:

Responsible for working with invoices, budgets, and forecasts.

Coordination with the team’s project manager, financial control personnel, administrative personnel, subcontractors and clients.

Facilitate planning meetings.

Communicate progress updates through reports.

Monitor and ensure compliance with project contractual obligations, managing costs, billing rates, and identifying variances.

Maintain organized project documentation, track progress, and manage changes.

Collaborate with project stakeholders to facilitate effective communication.

Provide regular updates on project status, cost, and vendors.

Implement quality control processes to ensure project requirements meet the established standards.

Utilize project management and control software such as Microsoft Excel to streamline processes and data analysis, and MS products.

Requirements

Essential Skills and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree

5 years of experience

Excellent skills in Excel, Word and any accounting software

Able to manage resources, budgets, invoices, forecast, work plans, priorities, and project management tools.

Good communication and interpersonal skills/strong leadership and time management skills.
