Order Filler/Warehouse Associate

Job Description

Sappy Supplies is the gear shop offshoot of Guilty of Treeson — a tree service and social media brand with a global following.

We ship arborist supplies worldwide and are looking for a dependable, organized, and self-motivated Warehouse Associate to manage inventory and fulfillment operations at our Buckley, WA location.

Responsibilities:

Receive daily inventory and restocks

Print, pull, and pack outgoing orders

Schedule pickups and track orders

Perform inventory cycle counts

Maintain a clean and organized warehouse

Collaborate with purchasing and customer service teams

Assist with chain spinning or rope splicing (if applicable)

Help with light admin or support tasks during slower periods

Requirements:

Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated

Tech-savvy: email, shipping software, inventory systems

Physically able to lift and move inventory

Prior warehouse or order fulfillment experience preferred

Arborist gear knowledge a plus (but not required)

Rope/chain skills? Even better — or we’ll train you

Must be able to accurately read a US Standard tape measure

Background checks will be performed

Pre-employment drug screening will be conducted

Compensation & Benefits:

$23/hour

30–40 hours per week (seasonal variation)

Monday–Friday schedule

On-site only

1 week paid vacation to start

Additional benefits in development

90-day probation period
