Job Description

Dynamic Controller/CFO needed to lead Accounting Department of a Property Management Company. Responsibilities will included supervising accounting staff, handling financial and compliance audits as well as various projects when needed. Must be well organized, detailed oriented, and able to learn and perform under pressure,

Qualifications:

Strong leadership qualities.

Strong integrity and accountability.

Tech savvy, especially knowledge of Excel and Adobe.

Ability to handle pressure.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Bachelors Degree required, CPA a plus.

Experience in Property Management Accounting helpful but not required.
