Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Sales Closer with a strong background in sales, or high-ticket closing. Real estate experience preferred, but not required. We can train real estate knowledge, but must be strong in sales.
In this role, you will negotiate and close deals with property owners, ensuring a smooth transaction process. Your ability to build rapport, handle objections, and close deals efficiently will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with motivated sellers through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups
Conduct property evaluations, analyze market data, and determine fair offers
Negotiate pricing and contract terms to maximize profitability
Overcome objections and guide sellers through the sales process
Work closely with the acquisitions team to ensure a seamless transaction process
Utilize CRM systems to track leads, appointments, and sales pipeline
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics
Qualifications:
3 years of Proven experience in sales, or high-ticket closing
Strong negotiation and closing skills with a results-driven mindset
Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
