WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR

Job Description

The Warehouse Supervisor performs essential work related to purchasing, receipt, shipment, storage, distribution, and delivery of products. This position follows implemented procedures to ensure the highest quality customer service and productivity while maintaining optimal warehouse operations.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Load and unload merchandise from trucks and other vehicles

Organize and store merchandise in appropriate areas

Perform monthly inventory checks

Receive and process incoming orders

Package merchandise for shipment

Maintain accurate records of shipments and inventory

Operate powered equipment to move items safely

Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment

Monitor stock levels of commonly used crew items

Ensure hazardous materials are shipped with appropriate documents and labels

Assist with answering main office line when reception is unavailable

Assist Operations Manager with maintenance and repairs of company vehicles

Key Qualifications:

High school diploma

2+ years warehouse lead experience

Computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, QuickBooks)

Shipping system experience

Forklift certification

Valid driver's license
