We provide specialized landscape services to Denver-Metro residents, focusing on native and xeric plants. We are not your typical landscape company: we do not mow lawns or provide cookie-cutter designs. We don't use landscape fabric and, equally important, we don't throw down cobble to fill space in a yard. We'd rather fill a yard with xeric and native plants than sod.

What's more, each of our clients' properties receive personalized service and/or installation from a staff who is trained in using industry-best standards and sustainable landscape management practices.

Summary:

The Install Crew Lead is responsible for performing a variety of work tasks to manage the timely completion of landscape installation projects.

The Installation Crew Lead Job Duties include:

Work under the direction of the Landscape Architect, Designer(s) and Project Manager and for the accurate and timely execution of installation projects

Manage safety, quality and productivity of work at sites and shop/yard

Assist in the preparation and planning of jobsite strategy prior to the beginning of a project

Communicate with clients in courteous and knowledgeable manner

Supervise activities of a landscape install crew of 3 to 5 employees

Delegate job tasks to appropriate crew members to assist in the completion of landscape installations

Assist in the construction of walkways, fences, decks, posts, etc.

Ensure crew members perform preventative maintenance on tools and equipment

Read and interpret blueprints accurately

Use a CRM application to track job hours against budget

Masonary/flatwork experience a plus

If you like plants, that is also a plus

Operate mini skid-steer

Drive a truck and trailer to jobsites

A typical workweek is:

40 - 45 hours Monday through Friday

If weekend work is available or needed, it is on a voluntary basis
