Location: Houston, TX 77095

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexible based on workload)

Pay Rate: $60,000 – $75,000 per year (depending on experience)

Job Description:

TruBlu HR Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Manager with at least 2 years of experience working with valves and 1 year of recent leadership experience. This role requires both hands-on work and management responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be capable of overseeing a team of valve technicians and warehouse staff, ensuring smooth daily operations and high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage warehouse and valve technician teams

Oversee daily valve-related operations including diagnostics, assembly, and inventory

Maintain safety, quality, and efficiency standards

Perform hands-on warehouse and valve tasks as needed

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of valve-related warehouse experience

At least 1 year of current leadership experience

Strong knowledge of valve operations and warehouse best practices

Ability to work in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
