Job Summary

We are an HVAC Company which provides service to New York City seeks Top Field Service HVAC Technicians to join their Service Team. Service Technician must be able to work Alone. (No installers or helpers needed at this time). Service Technician will use company vehicle to visit service locations and provide service to New York City & Westchester.

Responsibilities and Duties

Requirements; 8 + Years HVAC Field Experience and understanding of the following equipment: For all makes: Trane, Carrier, York, Lennox, Luxaire, and Goodman Residential & Commercial Central Air & Split Air Conditioning Systems, Heating Systems (Furnaces & Boilers), Package Units, Ductless Split Systems, Heat Pumps, Water Cooled Systems, Cooling Towers, and Chillers.

Technician will also need to have experience with troubleshooting and installing Mitsubishi / Daikin / Fujitsu / LG - VRV, City Multi, Multi V, & Air Stage products for both commercial and residential systems both Ductless, and Variable Refrigerant Heat Pump & Heat Recovery systems.

Hanging Heaters: Reznor, Modine & Sterling gas fired propeller, hot water and oil fired burners.

Technician may also be asked to work on high efficient gas boilers such as Weil McLain Ultra, Buderus, Peerless & Dunkirk wall mount gas condensing boilers and dual purpose hot water heaters.

Qualifications and Skills

Must Have G60 FDNY Fireguard & Certificate of Fitness, EPA Certification A Valid NYS Drivers License. Must have own hand tools & gauges. Must have professional appearance, strong written & verbal communication, & customer service skills. Additional repair abilities to include the following: Knowledge of control wiring, installation, and system controls. Read blueprints and knowledge of wiring diagrams. Installation of refrigeration piping. Install commercial HVAC systems, and knowledge of hot water piping. Change out parts, controls, and compressor replacements

Package includes starting salary based on experience: Top Technicians: $70,000 to $93,600.00 Per year with benefits which will be discussed during interview.
