Monday - Friday // 1st Shift - 7:30 pm - 4:30 pm

Our client has an excellent opportunity for a Maintennace Technicina to work for on their biopharmaceutical account in the Sorrento Valley area. Our client is looking for a Maintenance Technician with a background and knowledge of commercial facilities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide a reactive and proactive maintenance service to equipment throughout the site.

Diagnose and provide service to the boilers through the facility.

Provide a multi-skilled maintenance engineer service, which covers HVAC, electrical, plumbing and mechanical disciplines

Provide a service that ensures all mechanical and electrical equipment is running to optimum performance

Provide a service that ensures all key performance indicators are met

Carry out modifications and installations when required

Liaise with sub-contractors and external suppliers

Take ownership of tools and equipment provided and ensure they are maintained to an appropriate standard

Liaise with client/management

Qualifications and Experience:

EPA Universal (preferred, not required)

Minimum 2+ years working in a Building Engineer role

Be flexible towards work & carry out duties that may not be specific to your trade

Very well presented

Client facing experience (highly desirable)
