About the Role

Scan Systems Corporation is seeking a dependable and motivated Delivery & Logistics Support team member to assist our Tally-Rite Division. This entry-level position is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic and excellent driving record who enjoys being on the move and working with a supportive team. You’ll play a vital role in delivering equipment and replacement parts to local customers, helping with shipping tasks, and providing occasional support with inventory and product handling.

What You’ll Do

Pick up and deliver Tally-Rite products and spare parts to local customers

Package and prepare items for shipment to out-of-town customers

Communicate clearly and courteously with customers during deliveries

Assist with receiving parts and organizing deliveries in the warehouse

Help maintain a clean and organized workspace

Support the team with light inventory tasks, such as pulling parts or tracking deliveries

Occasionally assist other departments with deliveries or pickups

What You Bring

A valid driver’s license and excellent driving record (required)

Dependability, punctuality, and a team-first attitude

Good communication and people skills

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks

Basic computer skills (email, simple data entry)

Willingness to adapt and learn on the job

High school diploma or equivalent
