Job Description
The Marketing Communications Assistant will play a key role in supporting and executing marketing plans, advertising campaigns, and business communication strategies. You’ll work directly with our nonprofit clients and internal teams to help grow and promote meaningful initiatives while receiving comprehensive training in marketing and nonprofit fundraising techniques.Key Responsibilities:
Implement marketing plans and campaign strategies to increase visibility and drive engagement
Collaborate with sales, HR, and cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities
Assist in branding, advertising, and event management (trade shows, company events)
Create promotional content, manage product/service messaging, and ensure cohesive communication
Provide ongoing support for media relations and assist with client success stories
Help conduct market research and provide insights into consumer trends to guide campaign strategy
Assist with event coordination, ensuring smooth execution and maximum participation
Contribute to public speaking and sales training to help promote client initiatives effectivelyCore Competencies:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Journalism, or a related field
0–5 years of experience in marketing management, advertising, or related fields
Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals like product positioning, pricing, promotions, market research, sales, and distribution
Proactive self-starter with strong time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently while being a supportive team player
Experience in sales, retail, customer service, or other people-oriented fields is a plus, but not required
