Learn how to be a professional cooper (Builder of Oak Barrels for the wine and whiskey industry) You will be trained by a Master Cooper in the age old trade of building artisan oak barrels. Our barrels are used by Distillers and Wineries to age their products for years to produce Texas's best wine and whiskey.
