Job Description

We are looking for a talented and experienced Interior Designer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate should meet the following qualifications:

Responsibilities:

Design kitchens, bathrooms, general interior spaces, and optionally outdoor areas

Work closely with homeowners to understand needs and present design solutions

Create layouts, blueprints, and 3D renderings

Select appropriate materials, including:

Cabinets

Stone

Tile

Doors

Flooring

Requirements:

Knowledge of general building codes

Proficiency in CAD and 3D rendering software

Experience working directly with clients/homeowners

Ability to prepare detailed design plans and layouts

Must be mobile with reliable transportation
