Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Lead to oversee daily operations in our warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring efficient shipping and receiving processes, and leading a team of warehouse associates. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to perform heavy lifting as necessary.

Duties

Supervise and coordinate warehouse activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards and OSHA regulations.

Manage inventory levels, conducting regular audits to maintain accuracy and efficiency.

Oversee shipping and receiving operations, ensuring timely processing of orders.

Train and mentor warehouse staff on best practices in logistics and inventory management.

Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.

Collaborate with e-commerce teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment, promoting safety and efficiency among team members.

Address any mechanical issues with equipment promptly, utilizing mechanical knowledge when necessary.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory role or similar position.

Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and logistics processes.

Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job duties.

Familiarity with e-commerce operations is a plus.

Proficient in shipping and receiving procedures.

Understanding of OSHA regulations related to warehouse safety.

Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues is preferred.

Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team effectively.
