Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Payroll Analyst to oversee the payroll process for over 1,500 employees. This role is responsible for supervising and coordinating the semi-monthly payroll, ensuring accurate processing, and providing payroll support across various departments. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office and ideally have experience with Lawson HRIS systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the processing of semi-monthly payroll for over 1,500 employees, ensuring accurate data entry into the Lawson HRIS system.
Review payroll reports for accuracy and make necessary adjustments.
Manage biweekly payroll processing and supervise the biweekly payroll processor.
Coordinate and assist with tax filing utilizing ADP.
Maintain payroll-related spreadsheets and organized records.
Provide technical payroll support to various departments and employees.
Resolve employee-related payroll inquiries and issues as they arise.
Assist with departmental projects and other duties as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications:
Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Lawson experience is preferred.
Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous experience overseeing payroll process for 1500+ employees.
Physical Effort Requirements:
This role requires normal office physical effort, including continuous typing and occasional periods of prolonged sitting.
