1- At least 4 years of consistent cleaning experience.

2- Can legally work in the United States.

3- Can pass a back ground check.

4- Reliable & Trust worthy.

5- Fast, Hard Worker and detail oriented.

6- Able to lift at least 40 lbs.

7- Able to climb a ladder when needed to perform tasks.

8- Experience with machines ( Carpet cleaning - Buffing machine - Floor scrubber )

9- The ability to communicate well with customers & other employees.

10- Experience in commercial cleaning ( Retail & Restaurant ).

11- Residential Cleaning for day time applicants.
