What You'll Be Doing (Your Dual Role in Event Success):
Become an Event Expert & Client Advocate: You'll deeply understand our event offerings and how they can be tailored to meet diverse client needs and event objectives.
Connecting with Potential Event Hosts & Organizers: You'll actively engage with prospective clients – individuals, businesses, community groups, and more – to understand their event concepts and requirements.
Building Strong Client Relationships & Understanding Visions: You'll establish rapport, ask insightful questions, and delve into the specific goals, themes, and logistical needs of each event.
Presenting Comprehensive Event Solutions: You'll confidently articulate how our services and resources can bring their event vision to life, encompassing both sales and coordination aspects.
Mastering the End-to-End Event Journey: You'll gain experience in the full lifecycle of an event, from initial sales conversations and proposal creation to logistical planning and on-site support.
Collaborating with Internal Teams: You'll work closely with our operations, marketing, and creative teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of all event elements.
Contributing to Sales Targets & Event Success Metrics: Your efforts will directly impact our company's growth and the positive outcomes of the events we manage.
Managing Event Logistics & Details: You'll assist with crucial coordination tasks such as vendor communication, timeline management, and resource allocation (under the guidance of senior coordinators).

Reliability & Presence: As this is a full-time on-site role, your consistent presence at our Atlantic City, NJ office is vital for team collaboration and client interactions.
Important Note: This is an ON-SITE position. Remote work is NOT available for this role. You will be based at our Atlantic City, NJ office and will be an active and engaged member of our in-person team.
