Don Myers Plumbing, Heating & Cooling is actively seeking an outgoing, goal-driven, and clean-cut full-time HVAC / Plumbing Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled HVAC / Plumbing Sales Manager to join our team. The role is essential to providing technical support to our installation team and work directly with customers to provide solutions to their needs and accurate, timely quotes.

Located in a dynamic environment, you will play a key role in maintaining our reputation for excellence and growing our business.

Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC equipment and/or plumbing issues to ensure optimal performance

Visit job sites to provide accurate and timely quotes, and to support our technicians in the field when necessary.

Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in HVAC technology.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly

Develop new processes to ensure top notch customer satisfaction, with focus on growing revenue and our reputation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HVAC or plumbing Technician with a minimum of five (5) years of experience.

• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose complex issues effectively.

• Familiarity with design principles related to HVAC installations and plumbing applications.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.

Education, Training, Licenses and/or Certifications:

• 5 years of experience troubleshooting and maintaining residential and commercial / industrial HVAC/R equipment.

• Sales experience in working directly with customers and contractors.

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

• Overtime

• Year round work
