Job Description

Role: Implementation Engineer

Duration: 10+ Months Contract

Location: Remote

The Implementation Engineer will deliver exceptional customer service, address issues promptly, and develop innovative solutions during the implementation process.

This role involves configuring and testing DICOM/HL7 applications, with daily interaction with external customers, Development, QA, Support staff and Microsoft peers.?

The Implementation engineer will define technical interface specifications and workflows based on the requirements of both customers and vendors, determine solution needs, install and troubleshoot integrations, and collaborate with business units to analyze requirements and integrate new technology.

Essential Skills & Abilities:

· 2+ years knowledge of DICOM standards(SUID,Transfer syntax, role of important tags ) for data exchange between healthcare systems.

· 2+ years HL7 experience ( building and testing Interfaces with clients )

· Networking, O/S with the ability to debug problems.

· Experience with Microsoft OS,knowledge of TCP/IP security

· Administration experience with Microsoft Windows Server OS

· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office – Excel

· Ability to backup/restore SQL database and modify tables/views.

· Ability to write and update complex queries

· Advanced SQL Query Writing and Data Integrity Checks

· Knowledge of Radiology workflow

· Ability to investigate logs to resolve complex customer issues

· Ability to solve complex problems quickly.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with core team members and customers daily.

· Strong organizational and prioritization skills
