Cardinal ColorGroup, located in Rolling Meadows, IL, is a commercial printing company with 90 years of expertise in the printing and mailing industry. Established in 1935, Cardinal offers a “One stop shop” range of services. From prepress, print, mail and fulfillment, Cardinal provides a wide range of services.

We have an opening for a mail data person in our data processing department. The data processing specialist would need the knowledge of mail data according to the USPS mail regulations and to our client’s specifications on a job-to-job basis.

Functions: A strong understanding of the USPS regulations and BCC software along with a strong knowledge of excel. Fusion Pro knowledge

Technical skill and experience with the following

BCC Mail Manager software

One pass and two pass operations within BCC Mail Manager

Mail.dat creation and submissions

Postal one

Adobe acrobat

Adobe Pitstop ( not required but a plus )

FusionPro

FusionPro Imposer

Microsoft Excel

CASS Certification

NCOA Certification

USPS standards for presorting bulk mail

Understanding of USPS Mail piece design

ShareFile or SFTP Push and pull operations

Understanding and ability to create or modify JavaScript expressionsCompany Description
