Job Description
Express is looking for a Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist. (must be fluent in Spanish)
Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, shifts will fluctuate between part-time and full-time.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Answer phone inquiries and provide basic company information.
Perform clerical duties, take memos, maintain files (digital and physical), and organize documents
Monitor front desk and comply with all security procedures for visitors
Assist in planning company events, meetings, luncheons, and employee team building activities
Make travel arrangements for staff
Oversee mail deliveries, packages, and couriers
Set up, break down, organize, and maintain conference rooms, training rooms, and meeting rooms
Monitor emails and social media accounts and respond accurately, efficiently and in a timely manner
Provide service information to clients.
Schedule services accurately and efficiently
Actively manage service issues and complaints
Maintain Client relations and communications
Assist in interviewing and onboarding employees
Create and update service education and communication
Maintain office appearance (neat, organized, and clean)
Assist in shift preparation (materials, information, supplies, etc.…)
Any additional tasks assigned by direct supervisor Education and/or Work
Experience Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
Attention to detail and problems solving skills
Strong organizational and planning skills
Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instruction given, prescribed routes, and standard accepted practices
High school diploma or GED required
Must have a valid drivers license and be insurable

Customer service oriented Physical Requirements:
Ability to perform the essential job functions consistent safely and successfully with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with ADA FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone.
