People Architects is excited to recruit a Human Resources Manager on behalf of our clientan educational organization dedicated to helping students with mild to moderate autism, anxiety, ADHD, dyslexia, and other learning differences achieve academic and personal success.
We are seeking a skilled HR Manager to lead key HR functions including compliance, employee relations, benefits, compensation, and safety. This individual will partner closely with leadership to implement strategic HR initiatives, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a positive, mission-driven workplace culture.Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals
Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws
Lead employee relations efforts including performance management, conflict resolution, and investigations
Oversee the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, training, and offboarding
Manage benefits administration and compensation strategies to attract and retain top talent
Provide strategic HR counsel to leadership to support organizational growth and cultureQualifications (Required & Preferred):
Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, including management responsibilities
Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, and HR best practices
Experience in education or nonprofit settings preferred
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a values-driven environment
