This is a flexible, seasonal position with varying weekly hours (ranging from 5 to 40+). You’ll get to travel around Michigan, work fun events, and be part of a team that values hard work and great customer experiences. Set up and operate Dippin’ Dots catering and event stations at venues, private events, and special occasions.

Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, processing payments, and serving Dippin’ Dots.

Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area throughout each event.

Assist with transportation and logistics for catering setups, including loading/unloading supplies.

Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to enhance their experience.

Tear down and clean up after each event.

Other duties as assigned.What You Need:

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Previous experience in food service, catering, retail, or events preferred.

Ability to work a flexible schedule, consisting of nights, weekends, and holidays.

Reliable transportation and a willingness to travel to different event locations.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.

A positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
