is looking for individuals located only in NASSAU COUNTY to work an upcoming events!
Pay rate: $15.00 Per Hour Event Location: Varies (indoor & outdoor events) Event Staff Job Duties: Maintain a safe and secure environment during special events.
All Event Staff personnel will be cross-trained in multiple positions, including: Ticket-Taker/Scanner, Usher, Bag Checker, Parking Attendant and Crowd Management (post assignments will vary for each event). Observing your surroundings, detecting any suspicious or hazardous situations, and reporting your findings to event supervisors, managers, and emergency personnel.
Qualifications: Minimum of 18 years of age Must be able to work a minimum of 2-3 events per month Must have reliable transportation NYS Security Guard License (not required but a plus) Work flexible hours that includes nights and weekends.
Depending on the event it may be indoor and/or outdoor in various weather conditions.
While performing duties, staff member's core function may involve standing for prolonged periods pf time.
