Job Title: Director of Engineering

Your Impact

Lead all engineering operations including system planning, design, and analysis

Enhance service reliability through outage reviews, system improvements, and load management

Guide long-term infrastructure and resource planning to support growth and sustainability

Assist in contractor coordination, field inspections, and compliance with safety standards

Work closely with leadership, industrial partners, and utility providers

Utilize engineering tools for load studies, fault analysis, and system modeling

What You Bring

Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering (PE license preferred)

8+ years of utility engineering experience, ideally with a cooperative

Expertise in power systems, planning, and project execution

Proficiency with engineering software

Strong communication and leadership skills
